Cracked, stained tile roof stripped to the deck and rebuilt with new flat concrete tile and fresh underlayment.
Cracked tiles and algae staining were the visible problem; the underlayment beneath had reached the end of its life.
We stripped the roof, replaced compromised decking, and installed a two-ply self-adhered underlayment before setting new flat concrete tile in a color the homeowner chose to modernize the elevation.
The result is a clean, uniform roof with decades of service life ahead of it.
