Decades of salt air and sun had cracked the mortar and broken tiles across this Mediterranean estate, and water was tracking down interior walls after heavy rain.
Our crew hand-stacked and salvaged reusable tile, stripped the roof to the deck, replaced damaged sheathing, and installed a high-temperature self-adhered underlayment rated for South Florida's heat and wind-driven rain.
New terracotta barrel tile was set to match the home's original color blend, with custom metal flashing at every wall, valley, and chimney. The finished roof passed inspection on the first visit.
