Project Summary
Failed built-up flat roof with ponding water replaced with a reflective white TPO membrane system.
Standing water and repeated patch repairs had left this distribution warehouse with saturated insulation and leaks over the racking aisles.
We phased the work section by section so operations never stopped — tearing off wet material, rebuilding positive drainage with tapered insulation, and installing a reflective TPO membrane detailed for Miami-Dade wind requirements.
The bright white surface also cut rooftop heat gain across the building's conditioned office area.
