Project Summary
Stained spray-foam roof restored with a bright white silicone coating across the entire plaza.
The plaza owner wanted to extend the life of the existing spray-foam roof rather than shut down storefront access for a tear-off.
A moisture survey confirmed the foam was dry, so we cleaned, primed, and repaired the surface, then applied a reinforced two-coat silicone system across the whole plaza.
The bright white finish reflects heat over the tenant spaces and came with a manufacturer-backed warranty.
