The old panels came off, the deck was repaired and sealed with a self-adhered underlayment, and a new standing-seam system with concealed clips went on — no exposed fasteners to corrode.
The reflective white finish keeps the attic cooler and the coastal-grade trim is built for the salt-air environment.
