Project Summary
Cracked built-up roof with ponding water replaced with a fully-adhered white PVC single-ply membrane.
The association was dealing with top-floor leaks and rising patch costs on a cracked, ponding built-up roof.
We presented a condition report, then replaced the assembly with a fully-adhered white PVC membrane — chemical and heat resistant, and detailed around every rooftop unit with new curbs and walkway pads.
Work was phased and scheduled around residents, with daily clean-up so the property stayed presentable throughout.
