The spray-foam roof on this industrial facility was weathered and chalking, but a moisture scan confirmed the foam underneath was still dry.
Rather than a full tear-off, we cleaned and prepped the surface, repaired blisters and open seams, and applied a reinforced two-coat silicone system over the entire roof.
The owner got a renewed, warrantied roof with far less disruption and no tear-off debris.
