Project Summary
Patched, weathered hotel roof replaced with a bright white TPO membrane rated for coastal wind uplift.
Years of spot repairs had run out of road on this oceanfront hotel, with leaks appearing in top-floor guest rooms.
We sequenced the work wing by wing so rooms stayed sellable, removing the old assembly, rebuilding drainage with tapered insulation, and installing 80-mil TPO detailed for coastal wind uplift.
The reflective white membrane also lowered rooftop temperatures over the guest floors.
