Project Summary
Weathered modified bitumen torn off and replaced with a new granulated cap-sheet system across the whole center.
Tenants across the center were reporting leaks over stockrooms and ceiling tiles were staining after every storm.
We mapped the roof tenant by tenant and worked in phases — tearing off the old modified bitumen and installing a fresh two-ply system with a granulated cap sheet, new drains, scuppers, and edge metal.
Most of the tear-off happened outside store hours so the center stayed open the entire time.
