Project Summary
Shrinking black EPDM roof replaced with a new white fully-adhered single-ply system and new edge metal.
The original black EPDM had shrunk and pulled at the parapets, opening seams that leaked into the top-floor suites.
Testing showed wet insulation in several bays, so we tore off, replaced the saturated material, and installed a fully-adhered white membrane with new edge metal around the entire perimeter.
Tenants stayed in place throughout with staged access and daily site clean-up.
