COMMERCIAL FLAT ROOF SYSTEMS

For warehouses, retail centers, multi-family buildings, and industrial properties, we install and service the industry's most trusted flat-roof systems. We coordinate the work around your operating hours to keep your business running.

Flat and low-slope commercial roofs are their own discipline — the wrong system in the wrong application will fail years early no matter who installs it. Our commercial team has installed TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen across warehouses, retail centers, medical offices, and multi-family properties across the DFW metroplex.

Every commercial project starts with a pre-construction assessment: existing system type, moisture scan, insulation R-value, drainage plan, and expected roof loads. We spec the right system for your building — not just the one we happen to install most.

What's Included

  • 60-mil and 80-mil TPO for maximum durability
  • EPDM rubber roof systems in fully-adhered or ballasted configurations
  • Modified bitumen (SBS/APP) for high-traffic roofs
  • Roof drain, curb, and penetration flashings included
  • Manufacturer warranties from 15 to 30 years

Our Process

How A Commercial Flat Roof Systems Project Runs

01

Pre-Construction Assessment

Existing system tear-off vs. recover analysis, IR moisture scan, insulation and drainage audit.

02

System Design & Submittals

Detailed drawings, warranty submittals, and material data sheets prepared for your ownership or property management team.

03

Phased Schedule

Work sequenced by section and time-of-day to keep tenants operating. Nights and weekends available.

04

Deck Repair & Insulation

Rotted decking replaced, tapered ISO installed to correct drainage where needed, and new cover board installed.

05

Membrane Install

Fully-adhered or mechanically-attached membrane installed by a manufacturer-certified crew — required for NDL warranty.

06

Final QA & Warranty

Manufacturer's field inspector walks the roof before warranty is issued. You receive a 20-year NDL warranty package.

Materials & Systems

What We Install

60-mil & 80-mil TPO

Reflective white single-ply membrane. Class A fire rating and highly reflective for cooling-load reduction.

EPDM Rubber

Fully-adhered or ballasted black EPDM. Excellent for cooler climates and buildings with heavy foot traffic.

Modified Bitumen

SBS and APP two-ply modified bitumen for high-traffic and mechanical-equipment-heavy roofs.

PVC Membrane

Chemical- and grease-resistant PVC — the right call for restaurants and industrial buildings with rooftop exhaust.
